Expiry Dates

Clean up time!

For a starter, I'm the type of person who is unwilling to throw away anything until I realize I have nowhere to keep them. Prime example would be makeup. Makeup is probably one of girls biggest obsession, we keep buying and buying not because we need it, it's because we want it. It's probably one of the explainable things about girls~

Anyways, like everything makeup has an expiry date. Even if you use it once or multiple times, the clock is ticking...eventually it is time to say goodbye.

Here are some makeup life expectancy:

Mascara: 3 to 4 months

Foundation: 6 to 8 months

Lipstick/ Lip Gloss: 12 to 18 months

Nail Polish:
 2 Years

Eyeliner: 18 months

Eye shadow: 18 months

Hope this inspires you to throw out what has been in your makeup collection for a long time~

Grapes...Mmm..Good

 grapes

It's one of the best fruits in the world. I don't understand how people can create grape candy that is so far off from its original taste...making grapes seem unappealing.

Anyways I am going to give some FYI about grapes and their benefits to our skin:

1. Contains Vitamin B-6 (Thiamine); helps strengthen your immune system and brain development.

2. Contains Vitamin C: an antioxidant which helps with healing wounds.

3. The fresh parts of the grape and the extract of its seeds are powerful antioxidants. When applied on your skin, it helps protect your sink from UV radiations. Another way of saying this is it acts like sunscreen and help reduce the redness of sunburns and minimizes the damages of your skin.

4. Grape seed extract contains plentiful of Vitamin E, which helps soften your skin. The extract exfoliates your skin; removing the top layer of dead skin.

Hope you guys enjoy this~
